Hi Adam,

I just happened to find your blog while browsing around for informative USMLE resources online... well done!

I have a small tiny startup: www.xancram.com which is focused on helping med students with their USMLE's here in the US and on the Royal College membership exams in the UK.

We're really looking for some help with features and some suggestions on how to improve the site for the USMLE's. The site is currently free and we have over 1000 questions in Step 1 and about 700 questions for Step 2.

Would you be able to give us some feedback and write a post about what you think about xamcram?

Cheers,

Kiran

Yes, don't worry, you have a lot of time in front of you and more old nurses to meet. I'm an IMG with a full training as a General Surgeon, I was a Chief Residents and I did open heart surgery for two years, and actually I'm trying to find out my way in the US to practice again, well, I'm 51 years old and I envy your position, at this point I miss the incidents as yours with old nurses, and to tell you the truth they were a lot. Keep it up the good work, and you'll find nice moments to remember for sure.

Enjoy being single as a med student, but especially as a resident. Even the homeliest guys look like George Clooney when you put a white coat on them and a name badge with MD behind your name. There's plenty of time to settle down later on,
